Monday post - I wasn't expecting that!

Working my through through my normal Monday stuff and...

My phone rings.  I answer and it's the gender clinic.  They ask if I still want to see a plastic surgeon.

I say, "Yes.  Please."

They then asked if I wanted Amsterdam or Alkmaar for the surgeon.

Amsterdam please, it's much more convenient.

They are going to call next week with an appointment for the first consult.

And now I'm in shock.  My productivity is gone and I'm miles away.

This is great, this is also bloody scary.

And I wasn't expecting it yet.

Err...

Gulp.

    1. Considering the bath incident a few weeks back it's not quite perfection yet :)

That said, that is my only plan for a plastic surgeon! The less time under the knife the better!

    1. Thanks Cass!

Here I have 12 minutes left before I go and try to sort out the broken MicroSD card I bought for my phone on Saturday afternoon :)

    3. It actually went much better than expected. No questions (apart from one of the managers trying to talk down to me. I stopped him in his tracks and annoyed him I think), they checked it on one of their computers where it did even less than it did in my laptop and swapped it for me. They even opened the package so I could check it immediately on the phone!

And thanks - I'm started to get excited and nervous! :)

    1. Lovely, but it put me in a spin for the rest of the day. Still am, if I'm being honest...

Once it's sunk in and I land again I'll be fine :)

    1. Getting there :) I can't wait for the result, obviously, but the process is still terrifying to me!
