The company that I am working for has decided to change from waterfall project management to Scrum project management. It's taken a year to get to where we are at the moment, but it's starting to come together.
In order to help with the new methodology I went on a training course as a Scrum Master a couple of weeks ago. The Scrum Master is the person who manages the Scrum framework within a team and facilitates the team in being productive.
Anyway... Along with the course there was an exam to take in order to be a certified Professional Scrum Master. I just took the exam (pass is 85%) and got... 96%! Phew :)
Congrats on passing in this professional aspect of your life as well as in the personal field. Thumps up for you!
ReplyDeleteSounds a bit rough.
ReplyDeleteSurely you should be a scrum mistress...
Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to figure out how anyone gets any work done if they're always in a scrum... :-D
Oh, shoot! Let me try that one again!

Congratulations!
I'm trying to figure out how anyone gets any work done if you're all playing rugby... :-D
(Ta-daaa! Boom, boom!)
Thanks all!
ReplyDeleteScrum Mistress... I'm not sure that doesn't have the wrong connotations :)
The good thing about playing rugby all the time is that we produce less bugs :)
